The client was an Indian software development center of a UK – Japan joint venture Company with software professionals in USA, UK, Australia, Japan, Singapore and India.

The Brief
To reduce lead-time to productivity in respect of fresh engineers joining the company. The focus was to be the induction process.

Our Approach

• Identified gaps in the induction training.
• Recommended changes in the induction process and prepared manuals covering training and hands-on projects.
• Executed recommended plan for pilot batch.

Our Achievements

• The lead-time reduced from 3 to 2 months over 2 batches.
