Performance Enhancement Services
This is a bottom line service which packages all Alan Associate offerings, to assist clients in achieving their goals. The service is directly linked to achievement of organizational goals through clearly identified and monitored performance measures. The service for any client would include various offerings from either or both ‘Business Enhancement Consultancy’ or ‘Organisational Development Consultancy’ areas. The distinguishing feature would be the assurance of ‘End to End’ results.

Methodology
AA’s 5D methodology covers:
1. Diagnose and Define Issues and Concerns
2. Develop Solutions and Implementation Plans
3. Deploy Plans
4. Demonstrate Effectiveness
5. Design and Deliver Post Closure Maintenance (Action or Activity) Plan

Diagnose and Define Issues and Concerns
At this stage, AA will interact with the management to comprehend the nature and complexity of the problem as seen by the management. Appropriate tools are then used, from AA’s basket of tools and techniques, to identify and define the issues and the corresponding improvement areas together with a performance measures. Tools such as TVT (a verification tool), JAOBI (Issue analysis), CIA (Issue analysis) besides others are used.

Develop Solutions and Implementation Plans
The solution elements could include process improvement, competency development, leadership style effectiveness, organization cultural change, organisational restructuring or people orientation besides others.
The methodology and implementation plan of these solutions will then be worked out based on ‘Ground Realities’. The deployment strategies will be devised based on the desired ‘Steps to Destination’ taking into account the ‘Degree of Perception Change’ possible and ‘Motivational Incentives” to change.

Deploy Plans
Plans will then be deployed jointly by the client and AA or by the client alone with mentoring assistance by AA. The course corrections will be jointly decided by AA and the client to ensure successful completion.

Demonstrate Effectiveness
At every stage effectiveness is measured to ensure goal achievement. AA’s measurement tools include the HRR and BRR models. Other models are also used if the case demands.

Design and Deliver Post Closure Maintenance Plan
Based on the progress and the level of change assimilation AA will design a ‘Post Closure Maintenance Plan’ to ensure the enhanced level of performance stabilization.
